Your employees' files stay yours

Run it on your own server, or on a confidential GPU where the files are sealed from the host and from us (set up on request). Employment records are outside HIPAA, so no BAA is involved; ADA and FMLA medical papers stay in their own confidential file.

It never decides

No finding, no credibility call, no approve or deny, no score or ranking of a person. The finding field is blank for the investigator; decisions are logged as a named person's act.

Every line cited, every step signed

Each sentence points at the document line it rests on and is checked against it; anything unsupported is marked. Deadlines come from code with the rule quoted. The case log verifies end to end.
